Fees for private psychiatric services and treatment

We offer a wide range of assessments and treatment plans that can be tailored to suit your individual needs, from full psychiatric assessments to CBT and EMDR therapy. Appointments start at just 30 minutes and can take up to 2 hours, depending on your unique requirements.

Our clinic fees vary depending on the type of treatment, duration of appointment and complexity of approach. Below are indicative fee outlines, but please get in touch to discuss a bespoke treatment plan for you or your loved one – we offer convenient payment plans that allow you to spread the cost of treatment.

Please note that new patients will be required to pay 50% of fees up front, and all fees are payable in advance of appointments.

Psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist and counsellor fees explained

We tailor our treatment plans to suit your needs and aim to make our services accessible to all and offer a variety of assessment and treatment packages, with access to Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Psychotherapists as well as our other Health Practitioners. Please note that all of our service fees, excluding medico-legal services, are exempt from VAT.

Psychiatry Services

  • ADHD or ADD assessment, including a full report
  • Sleep disorder assessment, including a full report
  • Full psychiatric assessment package with a Consultant Psychiatrist, including a short report (recommended for new patients seeking psychiatric consultations)
  • Full psychiatric assessment package with a Consultant Psychiatrist, including a short report
  • Full assessment report (this can be added to the short report if a greater level of detail is required)
  • Additional psychiatric general liaison, reporting and consulting
  • Follow-up appointment
  • Extended follow-up consultation
  • Extended follow-up consultation and brief report

Psychiatry fees and appointment times

Psychiatric assessments will take between 55 minutes and 1 hour and 55 minutes, depending on the level of support you need and the service you select. Fees are calculated based on appointment time, chosen service and length of report. Please get in touch with us to discuss your needs – we will recommend the right option for you based on your unique circumstances.

Psychiatry fees and appointment times

Following your initial Psychiatric assessment, we may recommend additional follow-up appointments or reports that your Psychiatrist feels would benefit you. These follow-up consultations are an opportunity for you to catch up with your doctor or review your medication and can include a brief report. 

Therapy and psychology services

We offers a wide range of therapy and psychology services to suit individual needs, from CBT therapy to EDMR, with multiple appointment types available. If you would like to discuss the right therapeutic approach for you or your loved one, please get in touch – we can provide a bespoke treatment plan and personalised quote based on your needs and circumstances.

  • Full psychological assessment delivered by a clinical or counselling psychologist
  • Psychological intervention delivered by a clinical or counselling psychologist
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) session delivered by a psychotherapist or clinical psychologist
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) session delivered by a CBT-trained counsellor or counsellor or clinical psychologist
  • Psychotherapy session delivered by a psychotherapist (includes assessment)
  • Counselling session delivered by a counsellor (includes assessment)
  • Additional psychiatric general liaison, reporting and consulting

Therapy and psychology service fees and appointment times

We offers a wide range of therapy and psychology services, with appointments ranging from 50 minutes to 90 minutes in length depending on the treatment plan you’re following. Please get in touch with us to discuss your needs – we will recommend the right option based on your preferred approach.

Follow-up and extended therapy and psychology appointments

Following your initial appointment, we may recommend additional follow-up appointments or reports that your psychotherapist or clinical psychologist feels would benefit you. These follow-up consultations are an opportunity for you to catch up with your doctor and can include a brief report. Therapy and psychological services are normally ongoing. As part of your bespoke treatment plan, your practitioner will advise how often you would benefit from being seen and how frequently you should attend appointments. 

Private prescriptions

Please note that the cost of your medication (charged by the pharmacy) is not covered by the appointment fee. A private prescription must be requested online, and payment made upfront.

Medico-legal services

We offer a range of medico-legal services, ranging from mental capacity assessments to expert witness testimony. We offer a fixed quote, with terms and conditions and expert witness CVs available on request.

These are just a few of the services we cover. Call us to enquire either as an individual or a solicitor to find out more. The price of our medico-legal services is £300+ VAT per hour, total price quoted on a case-by-case basis. We also offer support through Legal Aid.

Please note that medico-legal fees incur VAT charges.

 

Extra Costs for Specific Additional Needs 

We would evaluate this at the time that you make your enquiry. An good example of this would be if there is an interpreter needed.

Payment terms and cancellation policy

We require full payment on or before the day of your appointment and accept most major debit and credit cards. For new patients making their first initial booking, we require a minimum deposit of 50% to secure the appointment. For all future appointments, we require payment to be settled on or before the day.

Once we have received payment, we will email you a receipt confirming your appointment date and time and the name of your practitioner. If you are a new patient joining our clinic, we will also attach a patient registration form, which we ask that you complete and return to us as soon as possible.

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please email us using the Contact Box on our website.
